Information was verified and supports confidence in that area. No meaningful concern was identified from the sources reviewed.
🟡 Yellow — Caution / Additional Review
Information may be incomplete, mixed, limited, or worth understanding more fully before proceeding.
🔴 Red — Significant Concern
Evidence supports a meaningful concern, discrepancy, adverse pattern, regulatory issue, or other finding that deserves serious attention.
Missing or unavailable information is not automatically treated as a red flag. Findings are based on the quality and context of the evidence available.

No. A green finding means the available evidence reviewed was generally positive in that area. Homeowner Advocates does not certify, approve, endorse, or guarantee a contractor or their future performance.
Does a lawsuit automatically mean a contractor receives a red rating?
No. Context matters. We consider the nature of the case, relevance, frequency, available outcome information, and surrounding circumstances.
What if you cannot verify something?
We say so. Information that cannot be verified is not automatically treated as a negative finding.
Do you tell me whether the contractor’s price is fair?
