    We talk through your project and the contractors on your list, and agree on what to check. The consultation is free for every customer. At the end, you pay online for the reports you want.

    We research the public record

    Payment is due before research begins. Once it is received, we start on each contractor you ordered a report on ($85 each). We check licensing, business filings, complaints, court records where accessible, permits, and review platforms.

    You receive a readable report

    Findings are grouped as verified, flagged, and still to ask, with notes on what each one means for your project.

    You decide with confidence

    Use the questions and contract points to talk with the contractor. You can then sign, negotiate, or keep looking.
