Choosing between two or three contractors for the same project? Order a report for each. We research every contractor the same way, so the findings are easy to compare, and we note what to clarify in each bid.
Two contractors is $170. Three is $255.
What our research is and is not
We report what is publicly available and explain what it may mean. We do not inspect work, give legal advice, or predict how a contractor will perform. Some contractors have little public information, and we will say so when that is the case.
